Biography

THIS BIOGRAPHY is compiled by Harald Henrysson, “Professor of Jussicology”, founder of the Jussi Björling Museum in Borlänge and its curator 1994 – 2009. He has published a comprehensive discography on Jussi Björling and written a large number of articles on the topic. Harald Henrysson was also one of the founding fathers of The Jussi Björling Society and was its first president.

The Jussi Björling Society

The Jussi Björling Society was founded on January 7, 1989. Its task is to promote interest in and spread knowledge about Jussi Björling, his vocal art, life and career.
